Axiomedics Research, Inc. CEO Laura B Gardner | Tech Star Magazine I have devoted my career to analyzing healthcare data for the purposes of improving the quality of care and cost-effectiveness. I spent my graduate years analyzing group health data before embarking on two decades serving the workers' compensation industry as a researcher and software developer. I started my own consulting company, Axiomedics Research, Inc., and ran it for 22 years before successfully exiting via a strategic sale of Axiomedics' IP related to two software products I had invented. I have also spent 2 years as Director of Pharmacoeconomics for a small pharmaceutical manufacturer. My personal mission is to increase the value of healthcare across all sectors by working to foster the appropriate use of treatment alternatives and to improve the cost-effectiveness of care, quality of care, and overall access to healthcare.
